CORE Afternoon Enrichment Program

The CORE Afternoon Enrichment Program is offered year-round and meets on campus Monday through Thursday from 3 to 5:30 p.m., with online sessions on Friday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Students aged 18+ with developmental disabilities review reading and math skills, build social connections, and gain greater independence through lessons that explore practical topics.

To encourage independence and peer social engagement in our CORE Afternoon Enrichment Program, eligible students must be able to participate in a classroom environment and abide by the HCC Student Code of Conduct without support.

All prospective students must schedule an intake interview to determine program eligibility and class placement by emailing ILP@HowardCC.edu or calling 443-518-4146.

Program cost: $315.00 (in fees) per month.
