If you've been thinking about preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam or taking a project management class, HCC offers a full spectrum of project management courses. Our courses are led by PMP certified instructors from an authorized provider recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

  • PMP Exam

    The PMP® is the gold standard of project management certification. Recognized and demanded by organizations worldwide, the PMP validates your competence to perform in the role of a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams. The Project Management Institute® (PMI®) has changed the PMP® exam to focus on three main domains:

    • People - about the skills and activities required to be an effective project team leader, comprised of 14 tasks,
    • Process - on the technical aspects of project management comprised of 17 tasks, and
    • Business Environment - to establish a link between project strategy and organizational goals comprised of four tasks.

    If you enroll in this course and in our Microsoft Project course, you may be eligible for the Workforce Development Sequence Scholarship.

  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification Prep

    The PMI-ACP, one of the fastest growing certifications for the agile professional, spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP), and test-driven development (TDD).

    Project managers who learn to use agile approaches have better collaboration skills, manage complexity, and master rapid response times.

    Our course is a self-paced online training.

Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Certification Prep
The PMI-ACP® spans many approaches to Agile and this course covers the key techniques, tools and strategies that PMI® has listed for Agile practitioners to understand to achieve their certification. Project managers who learn to use Agile approaches have better collaboration skills, manage complexity, and master rapid response times. Managing Employee Performance
This course is intended to prepare you to develop and practice effective performance management techniques. You will be shown the stages of the performance management process, methods for measuring performance tools to communicate performance feedback, and the legal requirements for performance management. 1.2 CEUs.

PMP® Certification Exam Prep
The PMP® is the gold standard of project management certification. The new approach to the exam is based on a detailed study of job roles and task analysis.
