Discover your leadership path at HCC.

Are you interested in getting recognized for your leadership development?  Connecting with student leaders attending community colleges throughout the state? Learning about different leadership styles? Interacting with campus and community leaders? The Office of Student Life offers a variety of programs that focus on leadership.

Consider participating in the following programs:

Dragon Leadership Program

Participate in a variety of leadership programs that will help you build your resume and college transfer applications.  Students who complete the program will be recognized each spring.  Contact the Student Life office for more information.

Dragon Mondays

Dragon Mondays are monthly lunchtime workshops on various topics to help you develop your leadership skills and abilities.  Check out our events calendar for our upcoming Dragon Mondays!  

Maryland Community College Leadership Conference

Each year, student leaders from all Maryland community colleges gather to engage in leadership learning!  Attendees have the opportunity to participate in workshops, hear speakers, and network with other community college students across the state. 

Online Leadership Program

Join our online leadership program and gain leadership skills in the comfort of your own home.  You will watch virtual leadership workshops and engage in leadership exercises.  As you complete assignments, you will be able to earn incentives.  Contact our office for more information.
