Purpose of the Club

1. The purpose of this club is to provide its readers and members with the knowledge of creating and maintaining a set of club by-laws. 

Powers and Responsibilities of the President 

1. Call special meetings of the officer board 

2. Promote members to officers 

3. Maintain public order during meetings 

4. Attend all events by the club 

Powers and Responsibilities of the Vice-President  

1. Hold panels during meetings 

2. Go to Student Government Association meetings whenever they occur, or call upon a member to do so on their behalf 

Powers and Responsibilities of the Treasurer 

1. Retrieves the club balance from the Student Government Association 

2. Maintains club spending and runs fundraisers 

   1. May recruit volunteers to assist in the fundraisers  

3. Confirms members are attending club funding events sponsored by the Student Government Association 

4. Approves event budgets 

5. Completes purchasing forms 

Powers and Responsibilities of all of the other officers 

Secretary

Process for replacement of Officers 

1. Replacing the President or Vice President requires the following: 

   • Majority Vote in the membership of the club

     • Majority Vote in the officer board of the club 

       • Approval of the Advisor 

2. Replacing any other officer 

   • Majority Vote in the officer board 

     • Approval of the Advisor
