Surgical Technology Application

Please complete the application below to apply for the Surgical Technology Certificate Program. Eligibility is limited to those who attended the in-person Information Session on October 8, 2026. Applications must be submitted by October 26, 2026. 

Applications will be reviewed, and candidates considered for the required interview will be notified between November 5–17, 2026. Applicants who are selected to advance will be notified by November 20. Selected candidates must attend a mandatory orientation meeting on December 10, 2026.
