
Certified Nursing Assistant
This is a HYBRID course. Prepare to function as a nursing assistant in a variety of health care settings. This course has been approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing. CNA provides training in life span development, vital signs, basic advanced daily living skills (ADL's), etc. Certified Nursing Assistant Theory and Clinical must be successfully completed to receive a certificate. You are eligible to take the State Geriatric Examination once you successfully pass the certified nursing assistant theory and clinical sections. Students must pass a criminal background check, complete medical forms, be able to read, write and understand basic American English, and be at least 18 years old. No refund seven days prior to the start date. Must complete both XH-651 and XH-652 to receive completion certificate.
