Home Inspection Licensure Courses
This course is designed to enable the home inspector to maintain licensing by the State of Maryland by completing half of the mandatory continuing education requirements. Topics include: how to inspect and report on the soundness of a housing structure, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and insulation. This course is offered in partnership with CCBC and will be held at CCBC Hunt Valley Center, 11101 McCormick Rd., Balt., MD 21031. One hundred percent attendance is required to pass the class.
