Howard Community College maximizes use of college property (facilities, airspace, grounds, and equipment) by both college and community organizations as defined in procedures 70.01.01, General Guidelines for Use of Facilities by External Groups and Individuals, and 63.10.07, Solicitations, Sales, Fundraising, Signs, and Literature Distribution. The use of college property by any group does not constitute endorsement of that group’s views, opinions, or mission by either the college or the its board of trustees. The college is authorized to implement procedural guidelines providing for the safety of participants and protection of college property, including the facilities, grounds, and equipment.
