College Procedure Number/Title:
The Board of Trustees of Howard Community College, acting upon the recommendation of the president and in accordance with college policy and other applicable regulations and laws, retains the right to terminate the employment of employees or reduce or otherwise modify its staffing patterns as deemed necessary for continuing efficient and effective operation of the college under changing budgetary and other relevant conditions.
