How to Access and Submit Solicitations
Review the table at the bottom of this page for a complete list of current solicitations, including bid numbers, due dates and any issued addenda.
Viewing Solicitation Documents
To view a solicitation, click the corresponding bid number. Plans and specification documents, if applicable, are available through links under each solicitation name.
The college does not provide solicitation documents in formats other than those posted on this site.
Addenda and Updates
Prospective bidders and offerors are solely responsible for obtaining all addenda. Updates will be posted on this page and may be issued shortly before a bid or proposal opening—sometimes within 48 hours.
Check this page frequently to ensure you have the most current information.
Submission Requirements
All bids and proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID ENCLOSED,” along with the bid number and description. Use the label provided in the solicitation document.
Submit responses to the Procurement Office before the opening time listed in the solicitation document.
Responses may not be submitted by internet, fax or any other electronic method unless otherwise specified.

The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals and to award a contract in whole or in part, whichever best serves the interests of the college.
