Registered Behavior Technician

Launch a Meaningful Career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a trained professional who works directly with individuals on the autism spectrum in home, school, and community settings. Under the supervision of a behavior analyst, RBTs implement behavior plans that build communication, social, and problem-solving skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Becoming an RBT is more than just entering a high-demand profession. It is a powerful first step toward a long-term career in behavior analysis. Many professionals use RBT certification as a foundation to advance into roles such as Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), unlocking greater responsibility, leadership opportunities, and earning potential.
If you are looking for a career that combines purpose, growth, and impact, becoming a Registered Behavior Technician is a meaningful place to start.
