Medical Assistant Training: Skills
The Medical Assistant skills program is designed to prepare you with the technical skills and work habits to pursue an entry-level position in the ambulatory medical field. The face to face skills course will equip you with the knowledge to conduct basic lab procedures, perform a variety of procedures conducted in a doctor office, practice performing various front office job duties, and some specific medical assistant functions that are required for special patient populations. You must successfully complete XH-121 Theory, and this course XH-122 to participate in the mandatory internship XH-123. Students must successfully complete, XH-121 Theory, and this course XH-123, in order to participate in the mandatory internship, XH 122. 6.0 CEUs.
