
Earn your Logistics or Production Technician Certification
Skilled front-line workers in advanced manufacturing and logistics are in demand. With the Certified Logistics Associate (CLA), Certified Logistics Technician (CLT), or Certified Production Technician (CPT) program, you will be trained in production, material handling, and distribution. Certification is provided by the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC), a nationally-accredited training organization.

The Certified Logistics Technician (CLT) course is the second in a series of courses designed to train you in essential skills for employment in the logistics industry. In this course you will learn best practices for stocking and processing products, shipping, maintaining inventory, handling hazardous materials, evaluating transportation, dispatch, routing and tracking operations. Prerequisite: successful completion of the CLA assessment prior to taking this course. Your course materials and CLT assessment fee are included in the cost of this course. The Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) course provides training for material handling and supply chain logistics jobs. You will learn fundamental principles to apply in the global logistics environment, including use of material handling equipment, safety and quality control best practices, and relevant computer systems and applications. Follow this course with the Mid-Level Certified Logistics Technician course to increase your knowledge and expand your skill set.
