In this self-paced, online course, you will learn the fundamentals of web design using HTML and CSS and gain the information needed to plan and design effective web pages. You will also explore techniques to enhance your web pages through page layout, text formatting, graphics, and images. No prior knowledge of HTML or web design is necessary.
