This intensive 8-week program combines expert instruction with the SHRM Certification Prep System for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, so you will learn faster, retain more knowledge and stay on track for success on the exam.
The course is offered twice annually: The winter/spring session commences in February, and the fall session in September. The course tuition & fees includes all course textbooks and access to the SHRM Certification Prep System.
Howard Community College is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.

For those not seeking certification, the SHRM Certification Prep System for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP course provides a comprehensive and accelerated option for professional development. SHRM Certification Prep+
This intensive course combines expert instruction with the current SHRM Certification Prep System so you will learn faster, retain more knowledge, and stay on track as you prepare for the exam. For those not seeking certification, this course provides a comprehensive and accelerated option for professional development. The course includes all course materials and access to the SHRM Certification Prep System, but does not cover registration for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP examinations. This hybrid course meets six times in-person and two times virtually. No refund seven days prior to course start date. Digital badge eligible (DB). 3.2CEUs. No class Apr 4.
