This course helps you develop an entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving skills for use in both community and organizational settings. You will craft a business pitch presentation that can support funding efforts, pitch competitions, and business planning. Students are co-enrolled with the credit HUMN-115 class. Topics include the role of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in the modern global economy, how to identify viable opportunities, and how to evaluate business concepts through feasibility studies. The course also explores the ethical, social, and moral dimensions of entrepreneurship. 4.5 CEUs.
