In this course, you will develop your business idea and analyze its feasibility through hands-on research and strategic planning. You'll conduct primary research-such as customer interviews, observations, and surveys-and secondary research on market trends and industry data to validate key elements like market size, pricing, and growth potential. You will design market entry strategies, build a financial plan, and write a comprehensive business plan. The course concludes with you delivering a polished business plan pitch that showcases your idea and the evidence behind it. Students are co-enrolled with the credit course ENTR-210.
