Portuguese Language Courses

In this continuing education course, students will be introduced to the Portuguese language as they build vocabulary, learn basic verb conjugations, practice short conversations, and gain appreciation for different aspects of Portuguese-speaking cultures. This course focuses on Brazilian Portuguese, but European Portuguese will also be addressed. (T) 

Acquire the vocabulary, grammar, and conversation skills needed to communicate in Portuguese at a basic level in this second course in our beginner Portuguese series. The focus of this class is Brazilian Portugese, although linguistical and cultural differences between European and Brazilian Portuguese will be addressed.
