During opening reflection, learn about the philosophy and history of yoga, to include topics such as The Yoga Sutras and the Eight Limb Path. Regular reflection and yoga practice can assist with increasing mindfulness and self appreciation while simultaneously contributing to one’s health and well being. Move your body through the various yoga poses designed to complement the opening reflection. Increase the flexibility of your mind and body while benefitting from a consistent yoga practice.
