Learn how to use journaling to release what is no longer true, needed, helpful, desired, or valued, and allow something new that is creative or challenging to emerge. Students will learn several ways of journaling to capture their stream of consciousness and they will follow a well-established journaling process developed by Ira Progoff, to help problem-solve, gain insight, and deepen their sense of self and purpose. Exercises will be different than in previous courses. Bring lots of paper, your favorite pen or pencil, and a folder. Instructor: Sandy Lundahl.
