This course is designed for older adults and introduces students to the foundational principles and poses of a gentle flow-style yoga class. Suitable for all levels of mobility and experience, this course supports participants in gradually building strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness at their own pace. Each session will offer clear guidance with optional modifications to ensure comfort and accessibility.
