Discover the art of cake decorating in this hands-on introductory course. Designed for beginners, this one-day class will guide you through the essential techniques every cake decorator should know. You will learn how to properly torte a cake, apply smooth icing, pipe a classic shell border, and personalize your cake with basic writing skills. Participants are asked to bring two eight-inch cakes, pre-baked and ready to decorate. All other tools and materials will be provided. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with new skills, increased confidence, and beautifully decorated cakes to share. Instructor: Chef Lauren Kmiecik.
