Under the expert guidance of HCC’s culinary chefs, students will learn how to prepare everything from tender pasta to deliciously crispy pizza. Along the way, they’ll explore essential techniques for creating flavorful sauces, perfecting classic Italian staples, and mastering the skills to create a memorable meal. This hands-on course is taught in HCC’s professional culinary kitchen. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required. 1 week.
