Soccer Skills & Performance Power
Ages 11–14. It’s game time! This course is designed for student-athletes ready to level up their soccer abilities through skill development, strategy, and performance training. Each day begins with an active warm-up before students tackle drills that sharpen ball control, footwork, passing, shooting, and field awareness. Students will also boost their athletic performance with speed, agility, and quickness training, followed by age-appropriate strength work. Younger athletes in this group may focus on bodyweight movement patterns, while more experienced players will gradually progress into safe, light-loaded exercises based on readiness and form. With a winning mix of training, teamwork, and play, this course helps students build confidence, endurance, and goal-getter skills on and off the field! 1 week.
