Snack Attack!
Ages 8–10. This is “nacho” average class! In the HCC Fundamentals Skills Kitchen, students will develop essential culinary techniques while creating delicious and healthy snacks perfect for afterschool, weekends, and holidays. They’ll “dip” into the art of flavor enhancement and discover how to make snacks that “pop” with taste. From crunchy to savory, students will explore a variety of snack options that are as fun to make as they are to eat. Get ready to go “bananas” for this tasty class!
This hands-on course is taught in HCC’s professional culinary kitchen. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required. 1 week.
