Preparation for Pre-Algebra

Ages 11–14. Reinforce your math fundamentals to confidently transition into Pre-Algebra. Students will build a solid understanding of key concepts, including working with positive and negative fractions and decimals, solving percent problems, and mastering one-step and two-step equations. Other topics include calculating area, perimeter, and volume, as well as an introduction to probability. This course is designed for students who have completed 7th grade math and are preparing to tackle Pre-Algebra. A calculator is required. 1 week.
