Game On! Junior All-Stars
Ages 8–10. This high-energy course gives young athletes a fun and encouraging space to explore basketball while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork. Students will be introduced to basketball fundamentals through open gym warm-ups, skill-building drills, exciting mini-games, and plenty of playtime to put their new skills into action. Throughout the week, students will also take part in speed, agility, and quickness activities designed to boost movement skills in a playful way. Strength sessions focus on fun-ctional movement patterns, helping students learn proper technique, stamina, and body control to build a strong foundation for future training. With a mix of sports, fitness, and friendly competition, this “junior all-stars” experience is the perfect way for students to grow their athletic skills while having a blast! 1 week.
