Full STEAM: ROBLOX Makers/App Design
Ages 8–10. Welcome to STEAM Day! This one-day experience is divided into a morning and afternoon session, each featuring a different topic designed to give you a hands-on preview of your selected class. Morning session: Roblox Makers: Unlock the power of Roblox Studio©, the world creation tool used by real world Roblox developers to create 3D models! Learn the foundations of creating a Roblox world. Afternoon session: App Design: Build game apps you can play everywhere and anywhere using a web-based development tool. Learn in-demand skills like programming events and coding controls for a touch screen or keyboard and mouse. Offered in cooperation with Black Rocket Productions, LLC. 1 day. Please send your student(s) with a non-perishable lunch, as students will have a supervised lunch from 12–12:30 p.m.
