Ages 8–10. Sketch, draw, and design your way into the world of comics! In this vibrant and imaginative course, students will transform their doodles into dynamic cartoon characters and comic strips. Through engaging lessons, students will learn the fundamentals of drawing people, animals, and objects, while discovering techniques for creating expressive characters and scenes. They’ll explore how to add color, design word bubbles, and incorporate creative lettering to bring their stories to life. By the end of the course, students will have developed their own original comic strips and gained valuable drawing skills to fuel their artistic future. 1 week.
