Breakfast Bonanza!
Ages 12+. “Donut” miss out on this “cereal”ously exciting class! Under the expert guidance of HCC’s culinary chefs, students will dive into the art of preparing delicious breakfast dishes. In the college’s state-of-the-art à la carte kitchen, they’ll master essential culinary skills like sautéing and other cooking techniques. From golden French toasts to perfectly cooked omelets, students will learn how to create chef-worthy, balanced breakfast meals. The class will wrap up with a “toast” to their success, celebrating the completion of this “egg”stra special course! This hands-on course is taught in HCC’s professional culinary kitchen. Closed-toe, non-slip shoes are required. 1 week.
