Beats and Jams: Digital Music Creators
Ages 8–10. Embark on a journey to the top of the charts with digital music production! Aspiring digital composers and sound engineers will design their own beats or remix mashups of favorite songs. Students will produce digital music, record sounds, create sound effects, and mix their own tracks. No prior music experience is necessary. Student-created soundtracks will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website, allowing easy sharing with friends and family. Compatible with Mac, Windows, and Chrome OS. Offered in cooperation with Black Rocket Productions, LLC. 1 week.
