All-Sports Power Performance!
Ages 11–14. It’s game time and this course is designed for student-athletes ready to level up! Students will rotate through an exciting line-up of sports, including basketball, baseball/softball, lacrosse, volleyball, flag football, pickleball, dodgeball, kickball, and more, while sharpening technique, strategy, and teamwork skills along the way. Strength and conditioning sessions will take place in HCC’s state-of the-art athletic facilities, where students will work on movement mechanics, speed, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. As they progress, athletes will be introduced to a thoughtful mix of bodyweight and beginner loaded strength exercises based on safety, form, and readiness. With a balance of skills, scrimmages, and performance training, this course empowers students to train smarter, play harder, and build the all-star mindset needed to shine both on and off the field. 1 week.
