All-Sports Fundamentals!
Ages 8–10. Get ready to run, jump, throw, catch, kick, and smile your way through a week of sporty fun! This high-energy course introduces students to a variety of sports, such as basketball, baseball/ softball, lacrosse, volleyball, flag football, pickleball, dodgeball, kickball, and more, giving them a chance to explore new activities, learn basic skills, and discover what they love most. Students will also enjoy age-appropriate strength and conditioning sessions in HCC’s state-of-the-art facilities, where they will practice proper movement patterns, boost stamina, and build coordination through playful speed and agility activities. With a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and FUNdamental skill-building, this course is the perfect “try-it-all” experience for active students who are eager to play, learn, and score big with confidence! 1 week.
