Phi Theta Kappa Induction RSVP Form

The Phi Theta Kappa Induction Ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm in Monteabaro Hall. New inductees should arrive and check-in in the lobby of Monteabaro Hall 2:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. Please provide the following information to complete your RSVP.
