HCC announces the appointment of Dr. Shantay R. Grays (left) in the new position of provost and executive vice president and the appointment of Joy Milfort (right) in the position of vice president of campus services and chief financial officer. Howard Community College’s Educational Foundation (HCCEF) has received $3,000 from Food Lion Feeds Charitable Foundation to help feed neighbors in their time of need.

HCC welcomes Delisle Warden, the first to serve in the newly developed position of vice president of policy and general counsel. This position acts as the chief legal officer and coordinates the legal, contractual, policy, and procurement programs of the college. Mr. Warden will join the college on July 31, 2023.

HCC is proud to expand our dedication to the success of student parents with our participation in the FamilyU 2023 cohort! The FamilyU program engages with nonprofit Generation Hope for a two-year program to implement systemic improvements that will better serve students who are parenting.
