Philanthropists Thomas P. Clement and Wonsook Kim have donated $2.5 million to HCC’s Dept. of Engineering, the largest gift in the college’s history. This generous donation will bolster partnerships in HCC's STEM programs. “We are grateful to Thomas and Wonsook for such heartfelt and timely support of our faculty and student scholars,” said HCC President Daria J. Willis. “I could not be more excited about our relationship with this family and the long-term outcomes this gift will create.”

The HCC Educational Foundation's Vino Scholastico wine tasting fundraiser supports college programs and scholarships for HCC students. Vino will take place on Friday, April 26, 2024 and will feature wine, spirits, and craft beer tastings as well as samples from area restaurants and desserts made by HCC culinary students. HCC President Daria J. Willis announces the launch of an $11 million capital campaign in support of a new campus-based workforce development and skilled trades center.
