Howard Community College is offering special Saturday hours on August 26, 2023 to help you apply, register, and prepare for the upcoming fall semester. Enrollment services are available on campus and virtually. In-person services are all located in the Rouse Company Foundation Services Hall (RCF).

HCC welcomes Delisle Warden, the first to serve in the newly developed position of vice president of policy and general counsel. This position acts as the chief legal officer and coordinates the legal, contractual, policy, and procurement programs of the college. Mr. Warden will join the college on July 31, 2023.
