Howard Community College is honored to welcome Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller to deliver the keynote address at our upcoming commencement exercises. HCC President Daria J. Willis says, “Her example as a lawmaker and iconic figure in women’s history will empower our graduates to build their own confidence in the bright futures that lie ahead for them all.” The ceremony will be held on May 24 at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena on the UMBC campus starting at 10 a.m. Read More!

Howard Community College has announced plans to reopen its on-campus Children’s Learning Center (CLC) in partnership with the Community Action Council of Howard County. “Young parents and their children will once again have a place on our campus to more comfortably work, grow, and dream towards their roles as leaders of our community and our world,” says Daria J.
