HCC is honored to receive a generous grant from the PepsiCo Foundation for the second consecutive year. PepsiCo Foundation’s Uplift Scholarship program supports students through financial, mentoring, and academic assistance. “This grant will help provide critical resources and remove financial barriers for many of our low-income students who might not otherwise have an opportunity to attend college, paving the way to academic and career success," states HCC President, Dr. Daria J. Willis.

HCC announced that New York Times-bestselling author of “Clap When You Land,” Elizabeth Acevedo, will deliver the free keynote at the fourth annual Bauder Lecture on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024. The 12:30 p.m. lecture will be in a hybrid format, both in-person at the Monteabaro Recital Hall of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center and live-streamed on Vimeo.
