HCC Licensure & Certification Information
Howard Community College offers several associate degree and certificate programs that prepare students for professional licensure and/or certification within the state of Maryland. Some programs lead to licensure and/or certification when all program requirements have been fulfilled, while others may require individual courses that prepare students to take certain licensure/certification examinations throughout the course of study.
Some programs may have selective admissions criteria and processes. Prospective students should contact the Office of Admissions to inquire about the criteria for admissions and program-specific application procedures.
For complete program information, including the program description, required courses and outcomes, please visit the HCC Catalog.
