Multipurpose Venues
Dwight A. Burrill Galleria

The Dwight A. Burrill Galleria is an open venue that allows for walk-through participation during your event. It can be divided into two smaller spaces (west and east) or used as a combined area of front and back. The Galleria frequently hosts fairs, guest speakers, meetings, and leadership presentations. Please note that noise levels for events in this area should be kept minimal, as there are classrooms surrounding the space. The Galleria is in the Academic Commons building.
- Food and drinks are permitted in the Burrill Galleria; however, all beverages must be Pepsi products.
- Capacity - Standing: 600 (both sides); Auditorium seating: 65 (west Galleria) 100 (east Galleria), Expo Tabling: 27 (west Galleria) 25 (east Galleria)
- Technology - 2 x 2 video wall located on the west side of the Galleria and a projector screen on the east side of Galleria. HDMI ports and speakers available on both sides.
Kittleman Room (DH100)

The Kittleman Room (DH 100) is a med- to large-sized multipurpose space located on the first floor of the Duncan Hall building. Designed for flexibility, the room may be reserved as one large space or subdivided into two smaller sections—the front/middle area or the back area—to accommodate a variety of event needs. The Duncan Hall Lobby may also be used in conjunction with the Kittleman Room on weekends during the Fall and Spring semesters, providing additional space for pre-functions such as registration or small expo tabling gatherings.

Dragon Commons (CL 162)

Dragon Commons (CL 162), located on the first floor of the Clark Library Building, is a versatile room that can be divided as needed. It is perfect for hosting guest speakers, meetings, socials, leadership presentations, and more.
- Food and drinks are permitted in Dragon Commons; however, all beverages must be Pepsi products.
- Capacity – Seating 56
- Technology - The venue contains built-in AV equipment, including a podium, sound, computer, 3 screen, and projector.
Catherine Joan Cochran Community Room: TCH 101

The Catherine Joan Cochran Community Room (TCH 101) is located in Thomas P. Clement Hall building and offers a welcoming, versatile space ideal for small- to med-sized meetings, workshops, leadership presentations, and community gatherings. Please note: TCH 101 is unavailable for external use on Thursdays during the Fall and Spring semesters.
- Food & beverages are permitted. All beverages must be Pepsi products. Catering must be fully self-sufficient; no kitchen or prep space is available.
- Capacities – Auditorium seating: 90; Classroom seating: 36; Banquet seating: 56; Expo tables: 19.
- Technology - The venue contains Webcams, Podium, AV Controls (Creston), Microphone, Presentation Remote, Connect Your Own Device”
Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall



The 4th Floor of The Rouse Company Foundation Student Services Hall (RCF) features two multipurpose spaces—RCF 400 and RCF 401—along with an adjacent lobby area. This versatile venue is well suited for medium- to large-scale events, including banquets, social receptions, guest speaker presentations, meetings, and leadership events. RCF 400 and RCF 401 may be reserved individually or used in conjunction with the lobby to accommodate larger functions. Events hosted in RCF 400 at larger capacities require the reservation and rental of both RCF 400 and RCF 401 to support event operations, flow, and safety.

Kahlert Complex Meeting Rooms – KC 101 & KC 103

Located in the heart of the Kahlert Complex, Meeting Rooms KC 101 and KC 103 offer flexible, modern spaces ideal for meetings, trainings, workshops, and small- to mid-sized events. The rooms may be reserved individually or combined to accommodate larger groups and varying event needs.
- Food & beverages are permitted. All beverages must be Pepsi products. Catering must be fully self-sufficient; no kitchen or prep space is available.
- Capacities - Auditorium seating: 225; Classroom seating: 120; Banquet seating: 144
- Technology - The venue is equipped with built-in audiovisual technology, including a podium, integrated sound system, in-room computer, projector, and six projection screens, providing a turnkey solution for presentations, trainings, and hybrid meetings.
