Grand Hall
Atrium
The Grand Hall and Atrium, situated in the North and South Lobbies of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center, are available for events. However, usage is restricted to weekday evenings and weekends when there are no performances in our three performance venues. On weekdays, events must not include amplified sound. Additionally, furniture setup in the Grand Hall and Atrium is limited due to Howard County Fire Codes.

- Capacity - Standing: 350 (Grand Hall and Atrium); Expo Tabling: 17 (Grand Hall) 15 (Atrium); Banquet Seating: 72 (Grand Hall) 48 (Atrium)
- Technical needs are coordinated through HCC A/V services
Kathleen Hetherington Hall
The use of Kathleen Hetherington Hall (KHH Lobby) for events is limited to those that do not involve amplified sound. Furniture set-up is limited in the lobby due to Howard County Fire Codes and is located in the Kathleen Hetherington Hall Building.

Duncan Hall Lobby
The Duncan Hall Lobby is a bustling area, making it perfect for tabling events. Additionally, the Lobby can be reserved in conjunction with the Kittleman Room (DH 100).
RCF First Floor Lobby
RCF's first-floor Lobby is nestled between the café and bookstore, making it a high-traffic area and an excellent space for tabling events.
