
Appointment Scheduling
How do I schedule an appointment with Career Services?
Students/community members can schedule an appointment directly through Handshake using the following instructions:
- Log in to your Handshake account
- Go to the “Career Center” tab on the left > click “Appointments”
- Select “Schedule a new Appointment”
- Choose a Category [Current Student (credit/non-credit), Alumni, Community member]
- Choose an Appointment Type
- Use the calendar feature to select a day that says “Appointments Available”
- Then select the Counselor/Date/Time
- Select Appointment medium (In-person, Virtual, Phone)
- Fill out the “What can we help you with?” comment box and click “Request”
- A Career Services staff member will review your request, and you will receive an email notification if the appointment is approved
