
Jump Start Late Add
This form is required if you have missed the October 31st Registration Deadline. Fill out this form completely, include a brief statement explaining why you are requesting to add a course past the deadline. Documentation may be requested. You must meet all course requisites for consideration. You may include more than one request with one set of supporting documentation. Requests will be forwarded directly to the JumpStart Team for final approval. Students will be notified of late entry approval/denial via HCC email; if approved, student will be registered for applicable course via this form. For best consideration, return complete packet within one business day of receiving this form.
