The International Education Office at Howard Community College empowers students to thrive in an interconnected world by providing equitable access to global learning. Through a comprehensive portfolio of programs—including Study Abroad, Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), the Global Distinction Program, and international education programming—we foster intercultural competence, academic excellence, and civic responsibility.
