Feeling stressed or drained? Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or just above the body) energy practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Many people say it helps them feel calmer, lighter, and more focused. No experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy a stress reset!
Free and open to all current HCC students. Each session is 30 minutes and appointments are required. To make an appointment come into the Wellness Center or book online on the day of service.
