LPN to RN Mobility

Students requiring accommodated services are highly encouraged to meet with Disability Support Services to ensure all documentation has been accepted. 

Visit this website to register and pay for your LPN to RN Mobility. Once your registration is received and processed, you will receive scheduling instructions to your HCC email. This process can take up to 48 business hours. 

Testing Dates 

The LPN to RN Mobility exam is offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.  Please do not schedule your appointment until you receive a confirmation email from the Test Center. 

Candidates taking the LPN to RN Mobility exam are encouraged to review their NCLEX materials. All candidates are encouraged to conduct online research to investigate other NCLEX materials and study materials to help them prepare.  

If you have already taken the LPN to RN Mobility, study materials are available through your Evolve account. These instructions will help you identify the areas you need to review. 

If you have taken the LPN to RN Mobility at a different institution and would like to have your scores transferred, please see the information below for more information.  Please note: transcripts must be sent directly from Elsevier (HESI A2) .   

 Please make sure the following requirements have been met before requesting scores be transferred: 

• A HESI score of 750 or a Conversion score of 70% 

If you meet these requirements, please have an official Elsevier transcript sent to tcnursing@howardcc.edu for score consideration. There is a $15 fee to have scores transferred by Elsevier.
