The Howard Community College Educational Foundation (HCCEF) board of directors, who are volunteers from the local business community and community at-large, determine ways and means of obtaining donated funds and implement policies and programs to achieve the foundation's objectives.
The HCCEF board of directors has control over the property and all of the business and financial affairs of the foundation, and serves as the policy-making body of the HCCEF in respect to all matters.
