Dance Festival Student Showcase
Every school/studio/individual participating in the festival is eligible to present choreography in the Student Showcase at 7:00 pm. Starting at 2:00 pm each presenting group will have allotted time on stage to space and light their choreography. Due to time constraints, each studio will be allowed 12 minutes of choreography and up to three dance works. Individual choreographers are allowed up to 5 minutes and 1 dance work. The dancers will have use of the dance studios as dressing and warm up rooms.
The Howard Community College Dance Program presents the Howard County Community Dance Festival Performance Showcase. The performance will take place in HCC’s Smith Theatre, located within the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA), on Saturday, February 21 at 7 p.m.
