ALL PARTS OF THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL 

Semester/Year: Spring 2023

To receive guaranteed funding for your club, the deadline to submit your club’s registration for the Spring 2023 semester is Sunday, February 19, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. The organization must be approved by SGA, club officers must maintain a 2.0 GPA (semester and cumulative) and 6 credit hours for the current semester, and the club must complete all training and funding requirements to be considered a recognized and active club.
