Fall 2020 

ALL PARTS OF THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL 

Semester/Year: Fall 2020 

This form should be completed and returned to Student Government Association Office by: September 30, 2020 by 5 p.m. The club must be approved, recognized and complete all club funding requirements in order to receive funding.  

Article I - Name of Organization
Article II- Purpose of Organization
Article III- Membership
2. Active membership is open to all registered students of Howard Community College who are willing to subscribe to the organization’s stated purpose. All clubs must include five (5) active members to receive recognition and funding.
Article IV- Club Advisor(s)
1. The Advisor(s) to the club must be an employee or adjunct faculty member of Howard Community College. If there are multiple advisors, one must be designated as the primary contact.

2. Officer’s meetings shall be held:
*This information will be used in the room request process once the club has been approved. However, there is no guarantee that the specific room you request will be available.

**All requests for special meetings or alternative spaces must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance. Events or Fundraisers require a proposal and at least one month notice.
